Whatever your event, we can help you to find the right venue for it. Our venue finding service is totally free, which means we save you both time and money. For venue finding in the UK and abroad, we have access to a database that holds in excess of 60,000 venues. Our free venue finding service offers you:

  • A written proposal with a short-list of up to 3 suitable venues
  • Negotiated rates and demonstrated savings for every venue proposed
  • Site visits arranged when requested

Event Management

Hosted Buyer Trips & FAM Trips

For our clients who organise international events, we have access to hosted buyer programmes that offer complimentary flights, accommodation, transfers and meals in order to attend International industry exhibitions and networking events. At these events our clients meet suppliers, network with DMC’s and view destinations all under one roof to ensure the planning of their future events is seamless.

For all of our clients we regularly arrange ‘FAM Trips’ or ‘Familiarisation Trips’. These are a great way to experience a venue or destination with a group of like-minded event organisers and usually involve a guided tour and an experience of the product.
